We are seeking a Customer Success & Client Onboarding Manager to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success with our AI solutions. This role blends customer engagement, technical onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and satisfaction at every stage of the client journey.

Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding – Guide new customers through platform setup and implementation processes.
- Customer Engagement – Foster long-term relationships to drive retention and value realization.
- Technical Support – Respond to customer queries and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Data-Driven Insights – Track usage and customer metrics to improve product adoption and satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales and product teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management.
- Experience working with AI, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to improve retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement strategies.

Working Hours
Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
Compensation
Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
