Who are we looking for?
As our HR Manager, you will lead recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in building scalable HR systems and a strong culture that enables our people to thrive.

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Define hiring needs, attract top talent, and lead the recruitment process.
- Employee Engagement & Culture – Foster a positive, inclusive work environment with well-being and team-building initiatives.
- Onboarding & Development – Design onboarding programs and guide career growth initiatives for all employees.
- Performance Management – Develop and maintain performance review systems aligned with company goals.
- Compensation & Benefits – Design and manage competitive and motivating salary and benefits packages.
- HR Policies & Compliance – Ensure legal compliance and establish ethical workplace policies.
- Training & Development – Identify learning opportunities and implement skill-building programs.
- Employee Relations – Serve as the go-to person for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting workplace harmony.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 3 to 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in startups or tech-driven environments.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, engagement, and organizational culture-building.
- Strong leadership with motivational and mentoring capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, capable of influencing across levels.
- Strategic thinking with a track record of executing HR practices aligned with company goals.
- Proficiency in HR tools like ATS, HRIS, and performance management systems.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth startup environments.

Working Hours
Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
Compensation
Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
