Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
Equity-heavy founding structure initially, transitioning into salary plus expanded equity based on funding and growth milestones.
