Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who can identify, research, and engage potential prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social channels. You'll qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong pipeline for Account Executives, personalize outreach leveraging AI tools and automation to increase conversion rates, and work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging. Once you show your ability to consistently book meetings, you'll start running the documented sales process from end-to-end, becoming a Senior SDR.

Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage potential prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong pipeline for Account Executives.
- Personalize outreach leveraging AI tools and automation to increase conversion rates.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and understand product updates.
- Maintain detailed activity and pipeline records in CRM tools (TruCRM).
- Schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to AEs.
- Once you show your ability to consistently book meetings, start running the documented sales process from end-to-end, becoming a Senior SDR.
- Continuously learn and adapt — understanding market trends, buyer psychology, and AI/SaaS solutions.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS, software, or AI-related solutions.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting-booked quotas.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, automation tools, and SaaS business models.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and social selling.
- Experience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a hyper-growth team.
- Comfort working across time zones with global teams and clients.
