Who are we looking for?
As an M&A Specialist Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and executing strategic opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. You will work closely with the founding team to support business expansion, deal negotiation, and integration of acquired companies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an M&A strategy aligned with TruBot AI’s long-term growth goals.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partners that complement our technology and market vision.
- Lead financial, operational, and legal due diligence for prospective acquisitions.
- Negotiate and structure deals ensuring strategic and financial alignment.
- Oversee smooth integration of acquired companies and drive synergy realization.
- Support acquisition-related fundraising and investment activities.
- Build relationships with investors, advisors, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market positioning.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic partnerships is preferred.
- Candidates with transferable experience in negotiation, financial modeling, and strategic thinking are encouraged to apply.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments and external stakeholders.
- Excellent financial analysis and leadership abilities to manage complex deal processes.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to drive projects independently in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-stage startup environments.

Working Hours
Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
Compensation
Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
