Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Head of Sales – Country to lead our regional sales strategy, drive client acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth. Your ability to build strategic partnerships, generate market awareness, and close high-value deals will be key to our expansion in your country.

Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement regional go-to-market plans.
- Client Acquisition & Partnerships – Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in your target market.
- Lead Generation & Deal Closure – Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Stay ahead of regional trends and evolving customer needs.
- Revenue Growth & Forecasting – Deliver regional sales targets and provide accurate revenue projections.
- Brand Representation – Represent TruBot AI and establish leadership in the regional AI business ecosystem.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 3 to 15+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or tech sectors.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value regional deals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to scale in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills in fast-moving environments.
- Established network in AI/SaaS (preferred but not required).
