We're seeking a Fundraising Co-Founder to lead capital raising, investor relations, and financial strategy while helping scale TruBot AI globally.

Responsibilities

Lead fundraising initiatives and capital raising efforts
Build and manage relationships with investors and strategic partners
Develop fundraising strategies and investment materials
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Identify funding opportunities across equity, debt, and grants
Collaborate with leadership on growth and expansion strategies
Represent TruBot AI in investor meetings and fundraising discussions
Support long-term financial sustainability and business growth

Qualifications & Attributes

Experience in fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance
Strong understanding of financial modeling and investment strategy
Experience building relationships with investors and strategic partners
Knowledge of startup fundraising and capital markets
Strong analytical and financial planning skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Founder mindset with high ownership and execution focus
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
