TruBot AI is building a unified AI platform for small and midsize businesses globally. As we scale toward 100+ customers in our first six months and accelerate toward major funding rounds, we need a digital marketing leader who can turn inbound into a predictable revenue engine.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who combines strategy, execution, analytics, and creativity—someone who wants to build the entire pipeline engine and eventually lead a global marketing team. What Success Looks Like: You build an inbound engine that consistently produces high-intent leads. You create a predictable 25%+ contribution to ARR from inbound sources. You develop a repeatable demand-gen playbook as we expand globally. You grow into VP of Marketing as TruBot AI scales its GTM and product suite.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full inbound strategy across SEO, paid acquisition, social, content, email, and conversion optimization.
- Build the digital funnel that delivers 25%+ of total revenue through inbound channels.
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns for the company, the TruBot Platform, TruSocial, TruCRM, TruLead, and the broader TruBot AI ecosystem.
- Develop messaging, landing pages, nurture sequences, and growth tactics that increase signups, trials, and booked demos.
- Build dashboards that tie spend → pipeline → revenue.
- Optimize CAC, attribution models, and channel performance.
- Work directly with Sales, Product, and the founders to align campaigns with GTM priorities.
- Manage all marketing tools (automation, analytics, social, email, CRM workflows).
- Build and lead a small digital team as the engine scales.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 5–10 years in digital marketing or demand gen at a SaaS or AI company, ideally with SMB/PLG experience.
- Proven success owning inbound pipeline and delivering measurable revenue.
- Strong skills in paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, content strategy, and landing-page optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- Ability to move fast, experiment, measure, and scale what works.
- Comfortable building from scratch—playbooks, funnels, processes, reporting.
- Leadership qualities with a clear ambition to grow into a VP-level role.

Working Hours
Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
Compensation
Currently all TruBot AI employees are working for Equity. All employees will be offered paying positions as soon as we finalize our seed round.
