Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Content Manager who can define, execute, and scale our content strategy across multiple platforms. You'll be the voice of TruBot AI, creating high-quality, engaging, and impactful content that informs, inspires, and drives adoption of our AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and strategy—with a passion for translating complex AI concepts into clear, accessible, and compelling narratives.

Responsibilities
- Own the Content Strategy: Develop a content roadmap aligned with TruBot AI's product launches, brand positioning, and business goals.
- Create & Publish Content: Write and manage blogs, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, product documentation, and release notes.
- Support Growth & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver SEO-friendly, conversion-driven content across digital channels.
- Enable Product Adoption: Produce customer-facing content such as tutorials, FAQs, guides, and onboarding material.
- Maintain Consistency: Establish and safeguard TruBot AI's brand voice across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Use analytics, SEO tools, and user insights to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to align content with business and user needs.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or technical writing (experience in AI/tech/SaaS preferred).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills—capable of simplifying complex concepts into engaging content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and digital distribution strategies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), collaboration tools, and documentation frameworks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.
- A creative mindset with user empathy and storytelling ability.

Working Hours
Flexible schedule with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST) for team collaboration. We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
