Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead and shape the technical strategy of our AI startup. As a core member of our founding team, you will define the tech stack, oversee product development, ensure scalability, and execute innovative solutions that drive our mission and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a technical strategy aligned with business objectives and scalability needs.
- Lead the design and development of AI-driven software products, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Build and optimize a robust, scalable tech stack and infrastructure to support product growth.
- Drive innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and sales teams to integrate technology seamlessly.
- Implement systems to track technical performance and continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or software startups.
- Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
- Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
- Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.

Working Hours
Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
Compensation
Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
